At Nahla Safaris, each hunt offers the opportunity to engage with some of Africa’s most exceptional wildlife. Set across 16,000 acres of privately managed bushveld, the property is home to more than 50 species, ranging from iconic plains game to rare and challenging trophies. Things To Keep In Mind When Visiting US

Rates & Tariffs
- Daily tariffs and service fees exclude USD 15% VAT.
- VAT is determined by South African government regulations and may change without notice.

Cancellations
- More than 120 days: full deposit refund.
- 60–120 days: 50% of total accommodation retained.
- Less than 60 days / No-Show: 100% of total accommodation retained.
- No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or unused services.

Cancellations by Nahla Safaris
- Alternative safari date or full refund (excluding bank fees) if safari is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds
- Processed within 15 business days of written confirmation, excluding bank charges.

Trophy Fees
- Set according to the year of the hunt unless full payment locks the rate.

Wounded Animals
- Any wounded, hit, or lost animal is considered harvested; full trophy fee applies.
- Professional Hunter may take a follow-up shot for safety.

Final Settlement
- Full payment required prior to departure for, accommodation, trophies, spa treatments, shop purchases, and extras.
- Payment via credit card or local currency notes (surcharge applies: 3.5% credit card, 2.5% cheque).

Bookings
Enquiry & Quotation
- Contact our team with preferred safari dates, hunting interests, group size, and special requirements.
- Receive a detailed quotation outlining your package, inclusions, and pricing (valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise).
Deposit Payment & Contract- Confirm a booking with a 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost.
- Payments are in USD via international bank transfer or approved methods.
- A signed contract finalizes the booking and confirms agreement with Terms & Conditions.
- All bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

- Optional but appreciated; may be given directly or added to final invoice.
